Wonderful area, great space. But be careful in the parking garage, the people living here do not know how to drive safely.

I would tell them its a modern living experience for young and mid aged adults. Don't think its a place for someone who has small active toddlers....parking garage too dangerous, and not much for the little ones to do.

It is a great place to live. Everything is provided for you, all the amenities you would need;which saves you money.

I would tell someone the property has a very high end feel and that for the money you get more space then any other apartments I checked out in the area. The openness of the units is great and the granite and stainless in the kitchens is a very nice touch. Also the management team at any property is very important and coming from NY where the doormen and property teams are top of the line, the management team at Briar Forest are the absolute best! They are VERY attentive and a lot of fun.

I have recommended the Briar Forest Lofts to several co workers one lease thru your corporate leasing company - Murphy I think

I have seen some cars are waiting for the cars with the remote controll to pass right behind them to the Parking garage. It would be nice to have the time for one car only, the same as on exit.

I absolutely love coming home to this nice, safe, quiet community. The new greystar staff has been very kind and helpful toward all needs. I would definitely recommend the briar forest loft community. Outside of the property, all necessities are at your convenience. The energy corridor, L.A fitness, running trails, Kroger, gas stations…and who can resist 5 guys, lol…..5 stars from a loyal resident!

I love my apartment. The only imorivement I would give the community is on the consideration of its residents to lock the doors, not force them open, to NOT speed on the parking lot, to keep television equipment in gym (*remote controls*) on their place... I wish the community did more to encourage resident cooperation in these matters. I almost got run over by a resident the other day who was backing up at high rate of speed without looking. Engaging the residents in safety and cooperation would be a huge plus but I know you also want to respect privacy.
